JACK & JILL BATHROOM REFRESH - WASHINGTON, D.C.

Stylish & Warm

Jack & Jill Bathroom Renovation

This bathroom was ready for an upgrade, and we’re thrilled with how beautifully it came together. The new design feels fresh and modern while still blending seamlessly with the overall aesthetic of the condo.

We introduced matte black fixtures, updated the tile, and added a double shower niche for streamlined storage. To bring warmth and softness into the space, we selected a sage vanity and paired it with a coordinating shower curtain for a calm, cohesive feel.

Organic elements, curated art, and thoughtful styling give the room a polished, elevated finish—proof that even small spaces can make a big impact.

MODERN BATHROOM & KITCHEN RENOVATION - ROCKVILLE, MD

Cozy Minimalism

Modern Kitchen & Bath Renovation - Rockville, MD

Modern kitchen and bathroom update for a condo located in Rockville, MD. For the kitchen, we have picked a budget friendly option for the cabinets with black hardware to match the appliances. We have chosen quartz countertops and a matching backsplash for a sleek look. For the bathroom, we have used moroccan waterproof plaster to cover the walls and warm wood finishes for a cozy feel.

MIDCENTURY MODERN FLAIR - ARLINGTON, VA

Well Traveled, Well Lived

MIDCENTURY MODERN FLAIR - ARLINGTON, VA
MIDCENTURY MODERN DINING ROOM

Our clients relocated from Colorado to Virginia. They already had cherished pieces they wanted to incorporate into their first Virginia apartment - beautiful oriental rugs, Japanese chests, and artwork collected over time. We kept those in mind and added midcentury modern furniture and decor to complete the space and make it feel cozy and welcoming. The move-in timeline didn’t allow for an on-site visit before installation, so Tea drew on her remote design experience to carefully plan every detail, from layout to scale, ensuring a cohesive, well-fitted result. The result is a well-lived-in, comfortable look that transitioned beautifully into their second apartment in the area as well.

INSPIRED MODERN FARMHOUSE DESIGN - LEESBURG, VA

Collecting Moments

Modern Farmhouse Design

This gorgeous home offered generous open spaces, giving us the perfect opportunity to add thoughtful, elevated touches throughout. We began with the great room, then moved on to redesign the adjacent dining room. The family room and breakfast nook were also refreshed to reflect the homeowners' style and needs.

Collaborating with the owners to transform each space into something warm, inviting, and uniquely theirs was a truly rewarding experience.

URBAN LIVING- WASHINGTON, D.C. CONDO

Modern and Bold

URBAN LIVING- WASHINGTON, D.C. CONDO
Modern & Bold Condo Design - Washington, DC

A condo design that truly reflects its owner's personality – modern and bold!
We worked with our client to design her one-bedroom apartment in Washington, D.C. Having meaningful and inspiring art was important to her, so we took our time curating a gallery wall she truly loves.

When she later moved to a larger condo, we repurposed the furniture and décor we originally selected, adapting the layout for a more seamless flow. A work station blends effortlessly into the living room, while a second workspace serves double duty as a guest bedroom.

1925 FULL BATHROOM RENOVATION - WASHINGTON, D.C.

Brand New Old Charm

1925 FULL BATHROOM RENOVAYION - WASHINGTON, D.C.

Our clients had just moved into a 1925 building in Washington, D.C., and wanted to update their bathroom while honoring the era of the home. We set out to design a space that felt fresh and new, with subtle nods to the Art Deco style that defined the 1920s.

One standout feature is the freestanding bathtub—chosen in place of a shower at the client’s request—which immediately adds charm and sophistication. We incorporated classic subway tile, another design staple from the period, and completed the look with Art Deco–inspired wall sconces. Black baseboard tile and trim echo the original architectural details found throughout the condo, tying the entire space together with thoughtful cohesion.
